It features a king size bed, a kitchenette equipped to prepare basic food, a full bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the outside of the property. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Guest access Each guest has the key to their private unit. All spaces around the complex, such as gardens and common areas, are shared among visitors. Other things to note 🛏️ Each unit is independent, with a private entrance, full bathroom, natural ventilation, and secure access. You will enjoy total privacy during your stay. 🍽️ Kitchen equipped with basic utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, stove or grill and refrigerator to prepare your food. 📶 Some areas have shared Wi-Fi internet access, although the speed may vary due to El Tuito's rural location. 🌿 Located in a quiet and safe area of El Tuito, surrounded by nature, ideal for disconnecting from the urban rhythm. 🔇 We ask you to be respectful of the environment and other guests: avoid loud noises and loud music, especially after 10:00 pm. 🧼 Housekeeping is not included during your stay, but can be requested for an additional fee or on specific days if the stay is extended. 💦 In the dry season (March-June), there may be water restrictions. We ask you to use it responsibly. 🚗 Although El Tuito is small, we recommend bringing a car to move comfortably around the area. We have shared parking subject to availability. 🛍️ A few steps away you will find local shops, pharmacies, markets and traditional bakeries. There are also fondas with typical Mexican food at a very good price. 📍We are only 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta and less than 30 minutes from beaches such as Mayto or Tehuamixtle, perfect for a day getaway. 🐝 As in any natural environment, insects (ants, bees, etc.) may appear. We maintain regular fumigation, but we ask that you close doors/windows if you are not present. Regular and Light Cleaning Service on Request We inform our guests that the general cleaning of the **empty** units is carried out on Mondays and Thursdays, making sure to keep the spaces clean and pleasant for their stay. However, if you wish, we can perform a light cleaning of your unit on the aforementioned days, which includes different activities, please consult your regulations, under the Cleaning section.
