Inside our property you will find a private pool, a basketball court, a floor tumbling and soccer field. The house has a water filter so you can use water for drinking. The house is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. We have parking for 3 cars, height limit is 2.00mts. Cars should no be parked outside the garage. The house can accommodate up to 13 guests. Guest access All guests must send a picture of a photo ID via Airbnb chat prior to check in. The list of names (IDS) of all the guests should be provided 7 days prior to your arrival date, so that we can create the QRs to the gated community. All 18+ guests must provide an ID at the entrance of the gated community for access. Food delivery services such as Uber, Didi, Supermarket or other app-based services are not allowed to enter the gated community. Other things to note Extra services: Cleaning, we offer basic room cleaning service during your stay on a 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. schedule. With an extra cost of $1,000.00MXN per day for 2 to 8 guests, and $1,500.00MXN for 9 to 13 guests. Cooking, we offer basic cooking service during your star on a 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. schedule. (We can leave dinner ready for you to eat later) With an extra cost of $1,500.00MXN per day for 2 to 8 guests, and $2,100.00MXN for 9 to 13 guests. Kitchen consumables must be provided by the guest, we don't provide or buy the supplies. Pool boiler service, we offer the heating service for the pool during your stay. With an extra cost of $1,350.00MXN per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. The pool heats up to 27°C - 28°C.
