In the past, unfortunately there have been instances of items being damaged or taken, so this has become a standard practice to protect the property, and to allow you to enjoy your stay freely and without any worries. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation 🤍 1. Wall décor & antiques Kindly do not touch the wall décor. All pieces are antique and delicate. 👉🏻 ₹2000 penalty for any damage. 2. Utensils Please ensure utensils are cleaned after use. 👉🏻 ₹500 penalty for leaving unclean utensils. 3. Smoking policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. You may smoke only in the terrace area. 👉🏻 ₹500 penalty for indoor smoking. 4. No pasting on walls or roof Pasting of any kind (tape, stickers, hooks, etc.) is not allowed. 👉🏻 ₹1000 penalty if any stains or marks are found. 5. Linens & bedding Kindly avoid staining the linens. 👉🏻 ₹1000 fine for stained linen items. 6. Mirrors Please handle mirrors with care (bathroom mirror & full-length dressing mirror). 👉🏻 ₹2000 fine for any damage. 7. Checkout time Staying beyond the agreed checkout time is chargeable. 👉🏻 ₹300 per hour. 8. Carpet Don’t use dirty shoes or slipper on the carpet 👉🏻 ₹1000 penalty for any stains. 9. Visitors policy Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited. Visitors are allowed only till 5:00 PM, and prior permission from the host is mandatory.
