Ideal for those who love space, art and elegance. The space The palazzo, renovated by architect Federico Pace, is really stunning. Offers accommodation for up to 14 people (in six bedrooms). Optional are two additional bedrooms for kids/nannies (four more beds). The house has over 600 sqm of covered space, plus patio, terraces, garden and private pool (20x2 meters). For larger groups you can add the top floor, a separate apartment with terrace, which sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms (see Top Floor listing). Masseria Ferramosca (see separate listing), next door, can also be connected if necessary through a garden door (12 beds in five bedrooms). Swimming pool, electric piano, art collection, terraces, patio, fully equipped kitchens (main kitchen composed of three rooms and secondary kitchen e.g. for the kids), ice machine, wi-fi, five meter design table inside, al-fresco dining, etc. Muro Leccese is one of the finest towns south of Lecce, never too crowded but also never too empty (in the winter). Very safe. The sea of Otranto, just 10 minutes, is one of the finest in Italy. In Otranto there is a private beach with shade area and a small restaurant which we normally suggest. Otherwise, there are many places that you can discover if you are more on the adventurous side. The house is in a beautiful square which is almost "private" (our house takes the entire square front), and is 100 m. from the main square. In the vicinity you will find a fine coffee bar with pastry shop and some good restaurants. Car is recommended. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops, coffee bar, etc, at walking distance. Great food and no need to drive around if you do not feel like it. Nearby, the beautiful beach resorts of Otranto. The city of Lecce is only 20 minutes away.
