The Bosphorus (lower) floor includes a cozy living and entertainment area, a private home office, one bedroom, a staff room, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette. This level also provides direct access to the waterfront and private dock. The top floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, offering three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample storage and dressing areas, and a balcony with stunning sea views. Every indoor living space, bedroom, kitchen, and lounge area is fully available for your stay. The private dock may be used for boat drop-off and pick-up of guests. Please note that, in accordance with local municipality regulations, boats may not remain tied to the dock for extended periods or overnight. Parking is available directly in front of the house for guest use. The only area not accessible to guests is a locked supply cabinet, reserved for operational purposes.
