The space Located in a quiet semi-basement that is accessed by going down only 8 steps, this apartment surprises from the first moment with its spaciousness, comfort and excellent layout. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living room overlooking a beautiful, carefully preserved interior courtyard, which provides natural light, calm and a pleasant feeling of well-being. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home: refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and Italian coffee maker, ideal to start each morning with a good coffee. The accommodation has two bedrooms designed for rest: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a practical single trundle bed that includes a second extra bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. It has two full, spacious and functional bathrooms, designed to offer comfort to all guests. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning through split equipment with air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature throughout the year. A cozy, functional and well-equipped space, ideal for enjoying a comfortable stay in one of the best areas in the city. The apartment has split air conditioners that serve for cold and heat. It also has electric radiators in each space. Important notice: The apartment overlooks an interior courtyard, so on occasion, you may hear some noise from the neighbors. We wanted to let you know about this in advance to avoid any surprises during your stay and to ensure that your experience meets your expectations. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests. Check-in instructions will be sent the day before arrival. Other things to note About cleaning: We inform you that the cleaning services are carried out with the utmost guarantees of disinfection and with the best quality standards related to this matter, we use specialized products for this purpose. Additionally, and as we have always done, at each new check-in we guarantee 100% change of all textiles: such as bedding, towels, bath mats and even kitchen towels. Water heater: The house is equipped with an electric water heater that provides hot water. Careful use is recommended to ensure a continuous supply and enjoy all the amenities. Check-In: You must have access to calls and/or an internet connection to access the self-check-in system and to communicate with me should you require immediate assistance. Due to a new law in Spain, you must register each guest's documents in this way and be able to carry out the police registration before your arrival.
