The space REST & RELAX: Sleep comfortably in a Queen bed. The space also includes a versatile daybed (perfect as a sofa or a bed for a third guest), a banquet-style dining nook, and a private ensuite with a hot shower. ENTERTAINMENT: Unwind with two smart TVs (one indoors, one in the outdoor courtyard)—both equipped with Netflix and YouTube. INDOOR KITCHENETTE: Start your morning right with complimentary tea and coffee. Your kitchenette includes bar fridge, toaster and kettle. ALFRESCO COOKING & ENTERTAINMENT Enjoy the beautiful Newcastle weather in your private, undercover courtyard! We’ve set up a dedicated outdoor cooking station complete with a a microwave, portable induction cooker, air fryer, electric BBQ, rice cooker, basic cookware, and seasonings so you can easily prepare meals in the fresh air. Dine under the festoon lights at the outdoor bar-style seating, or relax on the outdoor sofa. FAMILY LIFE: Our Little Nest is a private suite attached to our main family home. While you have complete privacy and your own entrance, you may occasionally hear the joyful, ambient sounds of our little girls enjoying their day next door. We do our best to keep things peaceful! Guest access Guests can park on the street in front of the property and have private access via a side pathway through our garden on the right-hand side. The room is self check-in, with a lockbox located right next to the door. Other things to note ENJOYING THE OUTDOORS: To keep the indoor suite fresh and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that all cooking and smoking are kept strictly to the outdoor courtyard area. We’ve equipped the outdoor cooking space with everything you need to whip up a great meal in the fresh air! KEEPING IT PEACEFUL: Our Little Nest is designed as a quiet retreat. Because the suite shares a wall with our family home, we want to maintain a peaceful environment for both you and our neighbors. For this reason, we strictly cannot accommodate parties or unregistered guests. If you plan to have a third guest join your stay, please ensure they are added to your reservation prior to arrival (an extra guest fee applies). RESPECTING THE SPACE: We take pride in providing a pristine environment for your stay. We kindly ask that you wash any used outdoor cookware and do a basic tidy-up before checkout. This helps us seamlessly prepare the space for the next guest and ensures we won't need to pass on a $100 additional cleaning fee. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN: If anything gets broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly. We appreciate your honesty so we can easily address it right away.
