You will feel like it's your own home. Explore Newcastle beaches, the vineyards or the local shops & cafes. There are four local shopping centres to choose from. This is a central location to everything you need, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All you really need are your clothes! The space This is a 2 bedroom home, with a spacious open plan large living room, dining room and kitchen, bathroom with a large bathtub, separate toilet, both inside the main house and downstairs in the laundry. Large built in wardrobes, in both the bedrooms, perfect for long stays. Two outdoor areas, front & back both private. Laundry at the back of the home downstairs. There is a grassy area at the back and front of the property that you are free to use during your stay. High speed WIFI and Netflix access for both TVs. The bedrooms feature 1 king and 1 Queen size bed, with side tables and lamps, high speed fans, large wall mounted TV in the front room, self check-in, A/C in main living area, free parking, fully equiped kitchen, large fridge with filtered water & ice, washing machine/dryer. Guest access You are free to use the whole house, laundry downstairs with a washing machine, dryer, toilet and basin. Two outdoor areas, front and back. Sitting area out the front of the laundry. There are building materials down the far back of the property ready for a build. You are welcome to use the grassy area around it, however I ask that you supervise your children when in the yard. The front of the home is not fully fenced off. Supervision of children is advisable. Other things to note - NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS - OBSERVE QUIET TIMES, between 11pm-7am - Please close windows if it's raining - CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES IN OUTSIDE AREAS. - Framless shower has a tendency to spill water outside the shower, so please keep clothes off the ground just in case. Please use the provided face towels or cloth, to mop up any water if needed. - GARBAGE BINS MUST stay out on the kerb, on Thursday night/Friday for the truck pick up. I have someone that takes the bins out on Thursday night. - Please do not wear self tanning products to bed.
