Euca Studio is fully private. Stepping inside you will find a space rich in charm, functionality and comfort. It leads seamlessly to the outdoor area where the kookaburras thrive. The room contains a Queen bed, linen, equipped kitchenette, TV, wifi, heating and cooling. Conveniently a 10 minutes drive to John Hunter Hospital, 20 minutes to Newcastle CBD, iconic Merewether Beach and only 40 minutes away from the Hunter Valley, this space makes an ideal getaway or safe place to rest. The space Euca Studio has a SLOPED entry and a flight of STAIRS as it is located downstairs the main house where we live. The access is unfortunately NOT suitable for one with mobility or balance difficulty. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer next to the Studio which you are welcome to share and use. Our friendly neighbour also lives next door. We ask that you be respectful and quiet with no loud music or noise after 10pm. Guest access You have full access to the Studio which has a self contained kitchenette and ensuite. This space is entirely private for your use with a locked entry. During your stay Please message or call me as needed during your stay. We live upstairs and may cross paths outside only. Other things to note Free parking is available off street.
