The space Sleeping Arrangements The apartment features five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms designed to accommodate up to twelve guests in comfort. Two bedrooms offer king-size beds, while three additional rooms are furnished with double beds, each prepared with quality pillows, soft linens, and duvets. Bedroom 1 also includes a sofa bed (140×200 cm) suitable for two guests. Please note that Bedroom 2 is accessed through Bedroom 1 and receives natural light through interior glass doors rather than a traditional window. The rooms combine modern simplicity with exposed wooden beams, creating a calm and elegant Scandinavian atmosphere. Amenities & Comfort The spacious living room is bright and inviting, with high ceilings, exposed beams, and comfortable seating ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. A charming dining area provides a welcoming setting for shared meals and conversation. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, and utensils for easy meal preparation. Two bathrooms serve the apartment, including one en-suite to Bedroom 1. Guests also enjoy high-speed WiFi, fresh towels, linens, and essential cooking and shower supplies. Parking & Charging Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen are always paid. Payment is available via on-street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at approximately €6 per hour during peak times. Nearby carparks include Dagmar Hus (Q-Park: approx. €7.3/hr) and Jernbanegade (APCOA: approx. €8.3/hr). The nearest electric vehicle charging station (E.ON) is located on Rådhuspladsen. Guest access You have the place to yourself. Other things to note *You’re in the heart of Copenhagen, so some noise is to be expected. **Bedroom 2 does not have a window, but beautiful doors with windows, so light will enter the room. ***Please note, you have to walk through bedroom 1 to access bedroom 2. ***One of the bathrooms is en-suite to bedroom 1. ****The sofa bed for two guests is located in bedroom 1 (140x200 ) • Self-check-in: You'll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • Luggage storage: We’re not able to store luggage in the apartment - we recommend using Luggage Hero. • No elevator: There is no elevator in this property. • CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed.
