Two separate bedrooms with double beds, a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet ensure a high level of comfort. One bedroom features a balcony. The fully equipped kitchenette with dining area invites you to relax and dine. Ski-in/ski-out access, mountain views, elevator, Wi-Fi, and access to the sauna and fitness area complete the offering. The space After an active day in the mountains, our apartment is your cozy base to unwind. Enjoy the mountain view and use the sauna in the building (daily 4:00–10:00 pm, 1st floor, free of charge) as well as the fitness area (small but nice). The building has an elevator to every floor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and all shared amenities in the building, including the sauna (free of charge, daily 4:00–10:00 pm) and the small fitness area. The building has an elevator to every floor. We are happy to welcome guests traveling with a dog. Due to the additional cleaning effort, a fee of €20 per pet per night applies. Other things to note Please note: The Alpenresidenz is not ski-in/ski-out. However, the ski bus stops right in front of the building and takes you to the Stubnerkogelbahn in just 1 stop. Alternatively, the lift can be reached on foot in approx. 10–15 minutes (depending on the route and weather conditions). A ski storage room and a ski boot drying facility are available in the building. The sauna is a shared sauna and free of charge (daily 4:00–10:00 pm). Before arrival, you will receive a link for online check-in. After completing it, you will receive your personal door code. On the day of arrival, you can access your apartment from 3:00 pm onwards. Fast Wi-Fi is available. Depending on occupancy, we provide a light mid-stay refresh at least every second day. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Parking: Due to our location between two roads, there is no private parking available. Free street parking is available directly in front of the Alpenresidenz (limited availability, no reservation possible). Public parking in town is subject to a fee. As an alternative, the nearby APCOA parking garage “Am Wasserfall” is available (approx. 500 m / 5 minutes on foot). Rates: daily maximum €12.00 (per 24h), weekly ticket (7 days) €36.00.
