Well maintained 3 bed Victorian house. Close to the City & West End (approx 15 Mins by train). Free parking. Quiet and not overlooked by other properties. The space An easy home to stay in, all appliances are provided, a great place for entertaining and for children but not equipped for babies. During the pandemic garden studio was built for home based working so the garden has a small terraced area for outdoor dining. The garden studio is locked during the rentals as is used for storage. The house is great in location and access to all of London but is also in a really quiet road so there is little traffic and opposite an allotment so not overlooked. Yet the bars and cafes of Sydenham are within walking distance and the parks and restaurants of Dulwich are a short drive/bus ride away. Please note that whilst the house is being used by the owners there is a cat present some of the time however a full deep clean is undertaken prior to guests arrival. There are 4 Smart TV's, Wifi Fibre and a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, fridge freezer, large range oven, microwave, dishwasher and barbecue outside. The entire house is for rental so no amenities are shared.
