partial rental apartment

Temporary rental of 2 rooms of my apartment. This 4 room apartment is on the 5th floor in a small building with elevator. Building located in front of the stations of Massy / Palaiseau (southern suburbs IdF), very quiet, very clear, WiFi, 2 steps from the building many services: shops, restaurants, cinema etc ...; the undeniable "plus" is its proximity to the RER "B", "C", "TGV" and bus stations. From the apartment, by the RER "B" station of Châtelet les Halles (Paris 1st) is less than 30 minutes. The monthly rental, for one person is fixed at 480 €. All charges are included. A reservation: smoking not allowed. Visit on demand.
