Our property is proudly solar-powered, allowing you to enjoy your stay with a smaller carbon footprint while still enjoying all the modern amenities you need. A scenic 10–15 minute walk to town proper and local transportation is readily available right outside the area if you prefer a quick ride Other things to note We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our little home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you note and follow these house rules: • Occupancy: Typically limited to 3-4 people. • Check in is at 2:00 PM and Checkout is at 12 PM. Early check in and late check out can be accommodated based on the property availability for an additional fee to be agreed upon with the host. • No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. • Guests are only allowed a maximum of two visitors for the entire duration of the stay with the visitor maximum stay of 3 hrs. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay the night. Please inform us in advance if you will have visitors. • Pets are not allowed • Only street parking is available • Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. • Eating and drinking should be limited to the kitchen and dining areas. You can also opt to use the outdoor table and chairs. Please refrain from eating/drinking in the bed. • Please wash your dishes after use. • Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. • All trash must be disposed of in the bins and should never be left around the property. • Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties—especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 11 p.m. – 8 a.m.), and upon arrival and departure. • Please inform the host if anything breaks or isn’t functioning properly, and we will do our best to address it during your stay. • Turn off lights / aircondition unit and unplug devices when not in use or when leaving the property for a long perion of time. • Do not smoke or use candles indoors and be sure to turn off the stove when it’s not in use to prevent fires. • Keys should always remain in the possession of the primary guest during the stay. The keys should never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest. • All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited. Thank you.
