The kitchen is separate but adjacent to the living room: the perfect compromise for cooking in total freedom without spreading odors into the relaxation area. Here you will also find a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed for the third guest. 🛏️ The Sleeping Area: An intimate, well-kept, and particularly quiet double room, designed for recharging your energy after a day spent among the canals of Venice. 🚿 The BA and Courtesy Kits: Spacious and complete with a shower stall, a washing machine (ideal for longer stays), and a hairdryer. To travel light, you will find a complete set of towels (face, bidet, and shower towel), disposable slippers, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. In addition, we offer exclusive personal hygiene kits: a toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and a beauty kit with makeup remover cotton pads and cotton swabs. 🛜 Technology and Comfort: Full air conditioning, heating, and a fast Wi-Fi connection, perfect for planning your itineraries. Guest access The entire apartment is at your complete and exclusive disposal: there are no spaces shared with the host or with other guests. You will enjoy your stay in total privacy and freedom. Other things to note Optional extras / Extras: - Additional bed (for reservations of 2 guests): +€20 total for the stay (already included in the base price for 3 or more guests). - Extra towel set: +€10 per set. - Late check-out no later than 12 PM: €20. 🆔 Guest Registration (Required by Law): Under Italian public safety regulations, it is mandatory to register all guests with the Police Headquarters. Before your arrival (at least 24 hours before check-in), we will ask you to send photos of the identification documents (passport or ID card) of all guests via Airbnb chat. 💶 Accommodation Tax (City Tax): The overnight stay involves the payment of the accommodation tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the Airbnb rate: • Rate: €4.00 per person per night (up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights). • Discounts for children (10–15 years): €2.00 per night. • Exemptions for children (0-9 years): Free.
