The house has three bedrooms that can sleep 6-8 people, modernly furnished, a bathroom, a hallway, a living room, a kitchen with appliances, and a corner sofa bed so that two people can sleep there. The house has large terraces, one of which overlooks the pool. The two bedrooms and the living room have their own large terraces. There is a pool below the house that provides complete privacy, with sun loungers, umbrellas, beach furniture, and a refrigerated display case around it. a mini bar by the pool, and a large 8x4 pergola that provides wonderful shade if you don't want to sunbathe. The large yard is full of fruit, and we also have equipment for the youngest ones, a swing and a slide. What's especially nice is the gazebo with a grill if you decide to prepare your own food. Maximum privacy and peace await you. Next to the property, there's a river that dries up in the summer. You have a large parking lot outside the yard and one parking space in the yard.
