Our guests’ comfort & relaxation, while visiting St. Croix, is our primary focus and has been from the very beginning stages of planning the much needed renovations to this special property. The Identical Floorplans of BOTH Master Bedroom Suites was designed purposely to allow couples traveling together to have equal amenities. The Kingsized Bedroom’s location on the far East and West ends of the property insure maximum privacy and extremely comparable Caribbean Views. Plus, both of the en-suite Master Bathrooms offer the exact space and design. We even offer uncommon walk-in closets for all the storage needs you could want for a week or a much longer stay. The smaller third bedroom is designed with two twin size beds that are good for individuals or they could be placed together for a third couple’s comfort. The Kitchen is one of the best designed and equipped that you will find in any vacation villa. To name a few of the features you will enjoy here are Soft close doors and drawers, pantry storage, pull-out trash can storage, white concrete countertops, a custom wood island top, all new stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with a built-in ice-maker, gas range with a warming drawer, efficient and quiet dishwasher, over the range microwave, garbage disposal in the island sink, full extension drawers for easy access, lighted glass front wall cabinets and more. The living room has a custom built-in cabinet wall and a dry bar with a beverage refrigerator. The Open Concept Living/Kitchen area boasts bifolding glass doors that lead to the brand new terrace and a salt water swimming pool. The 12’ center doors can be left wide open for that inside/outside feeling we love in the islands. At one end of the new salt water swimming pool there is a tanning ledge feature with submerged chaise lounges to keep you cool in the year round Caribbean sunshine. We provide more than ample outdoor seating for lounging, dining, and relaxing during your island stay. The starry, starry nights will call you outdoors, too, for gazing into the heavens. Shooting stars are common sightings in the Caribbean, as we do not have the city lights to dim the bright milkway shining above. (More pics will be posted for the outdoor space as it is being completed in the near future.). Essentially, the entire house and grounds will be all yours during your stay. There is a mechanical closet and a small owner’s closet that will likely be locked. We spend about six months on St. Croix at another villa in the same neighborhood. So, it is possible that we will be on island during your stay. If not, we are available by texts, calls or emails. However, we do have an on-island management company for any immediate needs that could arise. The Caribbean Sea and Buck Island View alone is enough to call this spot on St. Croix Special. But, there is much more..........Resort-like amenities are just next door. “The Reef” offers a 9 hole golf course open to the public. Bring your own or rent their golf clubs. Plus, across the street are TWO of St. Croix’s VERY BEST Reataurants. TLC Kitchen has homemade bread and bagels for delicious breakfasts and lunches. Duggan’s Reef Reataurant and Bar Sits Right on The Caribbean Seaside. They are known for their mouthwatering lobster and steak dinners and their popular Sunday brunches. We recommend making reservations, especially so during the high season. The always uncrowned neighborhood beach is just steps away from this enviable location. St. Croix’s Yacht Club is approximately half a mile away. Here you can charter Captain Llewelyn’s Trimaran for up to six guests to Buck Island. If you have never visited this uninhabited 176 acre island and National Monument, about 1.5 miles off the Northeast coast of St. Croix, put it on your must do list. It is truly one of the prettiest sailboat experiences you could have. Buck island’s white sandy beaches and an underwater snorkel trail in the crystal clear Caribbean waters are truly incomparable. Dolphins and sea turtles are very common sightings at this protected marine park. Absolutely unforgettable! A rental vehicle is recommended. Be sure to make reservations early with one of the island rental car companies. Personally, we have had great experiences with Budget Rentals. We prefer a Jeep, it is so much fun to explore our beautiful island. We drive on the left here in the Virgin Islands. It’s really not too difficult to get the hang of it and it’s part of the island experience. As we say here in the islands, “When nothing goes right, go left”. 😉 We can arrange a guide to meet you at the airport for ease in finding our villa.
