B&B ideal for a family or group of 4 guests in 2 adjacent bedrooms. Room 1 is king bed with ensuite bathroom . Room 2 is a double bed with a shared bathroom adjacent. This Includes cooked breakfast and free off-street parking. Cornerstones is located near business areas as well as Bristol Parkway rail station for bus and rail links to Bristol city centre Bath, Cardiff , M4 and M5 corridor. Frequent metro bus to city centre The space 1. all guest rooms are on the ground level. 2. The guest rooms are not separate to the hosts accommodation which are in the upstairs rooms. Other things to note 1. Regretfully we do not have facilities to have babies or very young infant / children below 8 yrs 2. Guests Use of kitchen - This is limited to the use of the standalone microwave only 3. Guests Use of the Bath - The listing assumes the guest use of the bathroom shower. Requests for use of a hot bath should be put to the Host and if sufficient hot water is available for other guests usage then this may be considered but at an extra cost. 4. Guests use of Washing and Dryer - The listing assumes that if the guest stays over 4 days then guests may request the use of the washing machine free of charge. The use of the tumble dryer is available but at an extra charge wheras use of the garden clothes line is free
