Charming home in Temperance!

This new construction home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on a quiet street in Temperance. The kitchen is fully stocked and the patio is ready for entertaining! The third bedroom has been converted to a home gym (treadmill and exercise bike). This home was built in 2020 so everything is new! I’m still working on getting pictures uploaded! Don’t let the Michigan address fool you — Toledo is just as accessible from Temperance as any of the other suburbs! The space Access to the entire house - just be mindful of my personal possessions please! 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, the third bedroom has my treadmill and workout equipment, but we could easily supply an air mattress or possibly even a floor mattress if necessary! The kitchen is stocked with most anything you’d need - dishes, cups, pots, pans, utensils, keurig, etc. You’re welcome to use washer and dryer as well! Other things to note I do have a cat. She will move out for the duration of your stay, and I will do my absolute best to remove any trace of her. However, people with cat allergies should take note!
