The space Escape to the Poconos at this charming 3-bedroom, 2 bonus room, 2-bath lakehouse located in Locust Lakes Village. Nestled steps from the beach at Pines Lake, this home is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors year-round. Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space with a mix of rustic charm and modern comfort – including a leather sofa, honey oak finishes, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open living area is perfect for gathering, while the large windows let in plenty of natural light and forest views. Each bedroom is designed to offer a peaceful retreat, complete with plush bedding and linens for a restful night's sleep. In addition, two bonus rooms feature twin-over-full bunk beds, providing flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements for both adults and children. With two separate living spaces—each featuring a TV—this home is perfect for families or groups traveling together. The two-story layout provides just the right amount of separation and privacy, allowing everyone to relax, spread out, and enjoy their own space. Outdoor Features Step outside and follow the walkway to your private backyard oasis. Cozy up by the custom stone firepit for s’mores under the stars, or unwind in the bubbling hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing. The outdoor setup makes every season special—crisp autumn nights, snowy winter evenings, springtime mornings, and long summer days. Step outside and you’re just a short stroll to the lake, where you can swim, fish, kayak, or relax on the beach. Community amenities include tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a floating aquapark in the summer! (No additional charge!) In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are just minutes away at nearby resorts. The community has its own sledding hill! Ice fishing is permitted once lakes are adequately frozen. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, grilling with family, or cozying up after a day on the slopes Partridge Pines is your four-season Poconos getaway. Guest access Partridge Pines Getaway is located in Locust Lakes Village. Summer: Just step from the house, Pines Lake offers swimming, fishing, kayaking, and a sandy beach perfect for families. Guests are welcome to use all lakes within Locust Lakes Village during their stay. Fall: The Pocono Mountains come alive with vibrant foliage. Guests can enjoy hiking, apple picking, scenic drives, and fall festivals nearby. Winter: Locust Lake sledding hill is available for guest use and is a very short drive away (about 3 mins) Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resorts are only 20 minutes away, with Camelback Resort just under 30 minutes. Spring: Hiking trails and waterfalls nearby make this a perfect spot for outdoor exploration. For indoor fun, visit Kalahari Resort’s massive indoor waterpark(15 min drive) , or head to Pocono Raceway (14 min drive) for seasonal events and NASCAR races.
