Accommodations are within easy walking distance yet spaced apart for privacy. Enjoy the charm of a wide-open Texas Hill Country ranch, beautifully decorated with resort-quality bedding. Savor a glass of wine at sunset or start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee while the sun rises over the hills. Important note: The main road to the property is rugged—there are no streetlights, and you’ll encounter potholes (some quite large). Please drive carefully, especially at night. Please note that only the MAIN HOUSE has a full kitchen. The Cabins have kitchenettes only (no stove or oven) Hosting an event: a. Approval required b. No more than 25 additional guests (they CAN NOT stay the night) c. All additional guests must vacate the property by 11:00pm d. Additional charge of $500 for port-a-potty and hand-washing station is required e. Additional charge of $250 for chairs and tables (includes 25 chairs and 5 tables) if needed Guest access Access Instructions: You will receive the code to access the unit 24 hours before your arrival. The code will be activated 30 minutes before check-in (4:00 PM) and deactivated 30 minutes after check-out (11:00 AM), unless other arrangements have been made. Gate Clickers: For your convenience, gate clickers for entrance and exit are provided. Please return the clicker to the drop box located at the gate upon departure. A $50 fee will be charged for any clicker not returned. Other things to note Road to the Property: The main road leading to the property is very rugged, with no streetlights and numerous potholes (some quite large). It is not recommended for low-riding vehicles. Grounds for Immediate Removal (No Refund): Guests will be removed from the property without a refund for any of the following: 1) Entering the fenced pasture or barn. These areas are off-limits, and various cameras are in place for the safety of our horses. 2) Using fireworks of any kind. 3) Burning during a burn ban (you will be notified if one is in effect). 4) Feeding, petting, or harassing the horses. 5) Unapproved parties Hosting an event: a. Approval required b. No more than 25 additional guests (they CAN NOT stay the night) c. All additional guests must vacate the property by 11:00pm d.
