Make sure you don’t miss the magical sunrises over Sydney city - a peaceful moment you’ll want to experience every morning. 👩‍🍳 Kitchen & Dining To your right, the pristine kitchen waits - fully equipped and ready for any meal you feel like preparing. There’s a refrigerator, gas stove, chimney, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and cooking essentials. Don't forget to brew your perfect coffee every morning with the Nespresso Coffee machine. 🧺 Laundry Next to the fridge is a compact but practical laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, baskets, and laundry liquid available for your use. 🛏️ Master Bedroom with Ensuite & Sundeck The master bedroom offers a comfortable King bed to sleep two guests. It's an executive style room, with attached bathroom as well as attached sundeck. 🛌 Second Bedroom with its own Bathroom The second bedroom offers the king bed as well. For additional sleeping arrangements, we have provided two floor mattress one in each room. 🛍️ Eateries & Shops Convenience is unbeatable. When you step out of the building, everything you need is within seconds. On the ground floor is an Indian Nepalese grocer - your last minute saviour for snacks, spices, fruits or essential items. Across the street, Woolworths, cafés, and restaurants create a lively neighbourhood atmosphere. You may find yourself drawn to Kismet Café for a coffee or to Hawa Charcoal Chicken for something delicious and comforting. And if shopping is on your mind, Parramatta’s massive Westfield Mall is just a 3-minute train ride away, opening up a world of brands, food courts, and entertainment. Guest access This is a fully private apartment - exclusive access to the entire space is yours throughout your stay. Other things to note 🌆 Please note there is a train station close by, so occasional noise may be heard. Being on a higher level and having thick, sound-insulated windows helps keep this to a minimum, especially when windows are closed. 🕒 Check-outs are at 10:00 AM and checins any time after 3:00 PM. This gives us enough time to refresh the apartment, change linens, and setup the space for the next guests. 🧼 Please keep the apartment clean and treat it responsibly. We’ve personally put in a lot of love - from assembling the furniture ourselves to adding thoughtful little touches, and it would upset us to see the space used disrespectfully. 🚮 Please do not dispose of rubbish anywhere in or around the building. There are cameras throughout the premises, and illegal dumping attracts heavy fines from building management. 🍻 Parties are strictly not allowed to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbours.
