If you would like the pool heated, there is an additional charge of $30 per day or $150 per week. Other things to note The property offers a spacious driveway that can accommodate at least four trucks or cars. In addition, there is an extra parking space on the side of the house that can fit a trailer or an additional truck. Please note that garage parking is not available. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or designated side area only. Parking on the street or blocking any access areas is not allowed and may result in towing.
