Oceanfront house in San Benito, Yucatan

This beautiful beach house will allow you to spend a few days enjoying the most beautiful sunsets on the Yucatecan coast in the company of your family or partner. It has all the necessary equipment so that you only dedicate yourself to enjoying the sea, the breeze and the sun while relaxing in a hammock listening to music or reading a good book. The property has a private beach where you can dine with a glass of wine or simply cool off in the pool after a well-deserved tan. The space Each of the rooms has a balcony and ocean views. Each room has a mini split air conditioner The house has a service bedroom with a full bathroom and air conditioning. Master bedroom with a king size bed. The two secondary bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Smoking is only allowed outside the house (terrace and beach). Guest access You can use all areas of the house with proper use and care.... Use it as if it were yours!! Other things to note Electricity is not included. A photo is taken when the property is handed over and a photo is taken when it is vacated. Using this information, the kilowatt-hours consumed during the stay are calculated, and a charge of $4.00 per kilowatt-hour is applied, which is the rate stated on my CFE bill.
