But a great experience starts with excellent planning, So here’s what to know before you head up to the lake. 🛏️ What’s Included at Your Tent Each Tabimori tent is thoughtfully furnished with: • One queen bed + two twin beds (bring your bedding or sleeping bags!) • Table for meals or games (outside; please no food in tents) • Camp Chef grill/griddle with one bottle of propane • Personal fire pit (bring your firewood; Firewood for sale is available through a third-party provider). • Shaded exterior sun cover to keep your tent cool. These tents are designed to help you unplug, unwind, and reconnect with nature and each other. 🚿 State Park Facilities Access As a guest, you also have full access to Bear Lake State Park amenities, including: • Warm showers • Flush toilets • Drinking water • Fish cleaning stations • Access to the lake and beach Remember, this is a shared public space—so please be courteous and Leave No Trace. 🧳 What to Pack You’ll need to bring a few essentials to make the most of your glamping experience: Bedding • Sleeping bags, sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed • Extra layers for cool mountain nights Food & Kitchen Supplies • Cooler for food storage • Cooking utensils, spatula, tongs, plates, bowls, cups, dish soap, and a bin for dishwashing • Your favorite meals and plenty of drinking water • Firewood for your fire pit Lake Toys & Leisure • Swimsuits, towels, and sandals • Paddleboards, floaties, kayaks, or sand toys • Books, cards, or your favorite board games • Camp chairs and a lantern for evening lounging 🐾 A Note on Bear Lake Life Bear Lake days are sunny, the water is clear, and time seems to slow down here. Whether paddling at sunrise, laughing around a campfire, or watching the stars from your tent door, Bear Lake life is about being present, simple pleasures, quiet moments, and lasting memories. But don’t be fooled by the breeze—the sun is intense at this elevation, and sunburns can sneak up quickly. Bring plenty of sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. And hold on to your gear—afternoon winds are common, especially in the open areas near the lake and tents. Prepare for it all, and Bear Lake will reward you with its magic. Guest access As a Tabimori guest, you’ll enjoy full access to Bear Lake State Park amenities—including warm showers, flush toilets, water stations, beaches, and beautiful open space to explore. At your reserved site, you’ll find a private tent, Camp Chef grill (with propane), fire pit (bring wood), sunshade, solar battery, and parking near your tent. One vehicle is included per reservation; additional vehicles must pay the posted daily park fee. 🔋 Note: To keep your solar battery charging properly, unplug the input cord each morning and plug it back in. It’s a small daily reset that keeps everything running smoothly! And yes—you’re just a short walk from Bear Lake’s stunning beach and waterfront. Swim, paddle, or simply soak up the sun. Other things to note 🚦 Rules of the Road: Bear Lake State Park To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines during your stay at Bear Lake State Park: 🕒 Quiet Hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM: Please keep noise levels down during these hours to respect fellow campers. 🐾 Pets Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times. Supervision: Do not leave pets unattended. Beach Access: Pets are allowed in campgrounds but not on beach areas. 🔥 Campfires Designated Areas: Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits. Firewood: Bring your own firewood; gathering wood in the park is prohibited. Fire Restrictions: Always check current fire restrictions before starting a fire. 🚗 Vehicles Parking: Park only on asphalt surfaces; do not drive or park on the beach or unpaved areas. Vehicle Limit: One vehicle is included per campsite. Additional vehicles must pay the daily park fee and may only be allowed if space permits. 🏕️ Campsite Occupancy Capacity: Maximum of 8 people per campsite. Camping Units: Each site may have one RV and one 12x12 tent, or two 12x12 tents. - For Bear Lake State Park spaces. Tabimori is unable to add additional tents to each sites based on our permit. 🚿 Amenities Facilities: Enjoy access to warm showers, flush toilets, and drinking water stations. Availability: Amenities are available during park operating hours. 🚫 Prohibited Activities Fireworks & Firearms: Discharge of fireworks or firearms is strictly prohibited within the park. OHV Use: Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs) are not allowed to be operated within the park boundaries.
