Security Deposit or Damage Waiver For certain bookings we may require either: •⁠ ⁠A refundable security deposit (£150–£500 depending on property size), or •⁠ ⁠A non-refundable damage waiver (£40–£150 depending on length of stay). Check-In / Check-Out Policy •⁠ ⁠Standard Check-in: After 3PM •⁠ ⁠Standard Check-out: Before 11AM Early check-in may be available subject to availability: £30 per/ hour, £50 two hours, before the standard check-in time. Late check-out may be available subject to availability: £30 per /hour, £50 two hours after 11AM. •⁠Pet Policy •⁠ Pets may be allowed with prior approval. •⁠ if approved a £50 pet fee, per pet per stay will apply. this fee is payable after booking by following the link provided •⁠ ⁠Strictly no smoking inside the property.
