Suite accommodates 1 to 2 adults. The space Property is located in a quiet mid-town area with excellent access to transit, downtown and the airport. The suite has a generous-sized kitchen with eating area for two, a full-sized refrigerator, large Samsung microwave/exhaust combo unit, a double-burner induction cooktop, air fryer/convection oven, toaster, lots of kitchen cabinet storage. A small study area with comfy leather chair, ottoman and reading light is provided in the entrance area with a view out to the backyard garden. The living-sleeping area has a 32" HD Roku TV with Vmedia cable-TV channel line up, and a very comfortable memory foam queen sofa-bed - unlike any standard sofa-bed. Host provides weekly concierge laundry service for bedding, towels and personal clothing at no additional cost. There is a good-sized hanging clothes closet and a tall dresser-drawer unit. If separate clean storage is needed for your empty luggage, Host will provide on-site at no additional charge. Guest access Suite has its own private entrance from a private, secure backyard garden area with push-button electronic lock access. This listing is in a great midtown location central to both downtown, the airport, and the Allen Road and 401 expressways. If needed, vehicle street parking permits are readily available online from the City but the location is also close to bus stop with a short ride to the University subway line downtown and the St. Clair W. LRT transit line (Also note that the Eglinton Crosstown LRT subway due to open very soon in 2025). Other things to note From mid-May to mid-Oct. the suite comes with an outdoor patio area set in a beautiful backyard garden complete with patio table, chairs and table umbrella. Rear yard garden gate access and your private entrance door are well-lighted and both have push-button electronic locking, accessible with a unique 4-digit code that we will provide you prior to checking in. Codes change and are unique for every Guest stay. Also note that for additional Guest safety, the property is covered by a security camera. When you first arrive to check in you are to come to the Host's ground floor front door. The Host asks that you keep the suite clean and prefer that shoes be removed inside. A good stick Vacuum and cleaning supplies are provided - if the Guest needs anything else then please ask the Host. Upon checking out, the Host expects that the place be neat and tidy, floors vacuumed, dishes cleaned, and all garbage and recyclables removed to the outdoor receptacles.
