A funky chalet with comfortable updates and a cozy feel to make you feel at home. 3 beds /2baths, updated kitchen/baths, new wood stove and heat pumps, new beds, great wifi, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, lots of parking, and close to three acres with great privacy and room for you and 4 legged friends to safely roam... The space The chalet sits on close to 3 acres with over 400' along the Carrabassett River in a quiet neighborhood. The home sits back from the road that is only traveled with other neighborhood property owners. A quick stroll through the trees gets you to the river. Please be careful as some parts are frozen and some are not. Inside you'll find a well equipped kitchen with all appliances you need. There's a full bath downstairs and one bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs features another full bath with shower and two bedrooms with a king and two twins. A new heat pump upstairs and down keeps the space cozy and there's a new wood stove for use if you're an experienced user. Boards games, books, playing cards, great wifi and blue tooth speaker for entertainment. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about the space. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house excluding the garage and an owners closet. Other things to note The hot water heater is on demand and located in the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds. It provides great hot water, but can be a little noisy when going. Also, a whole house water filter and softener has been installed.
