Welcome to Riverway! A cozy 2-bedroom cottage nestled beside the Carrabassett River. Just 30 min from Sugarloaf’s world-class skiing and snowboarding. Enjoy fly fishing, tubing, and swimming at your own private river beach. Explore snowmobile/ATV trails, hiking, snowshoeing and the Appalachian Trail. A short drive to Kingfield and Farmington shops & dining. We proudly offer 1-night stays-perfect for quick ski trips or last-minute overnights! No minimum required. The space This entire home is perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a riverside escape-whether for a quick winter ski getaway or a relaxing longer stay on the Carrabassett River. Inside the cottage: • On main floor- Bedroom 1: Queen bed with fresh linens, comfortable pillows. • Loft- Bedroom 2: Twin beds (or full bed setup—adjust as needed), perfect for kids, friends, or extra guests. Total sleeping for up to 4 comfortably. • Living area: Open and inviting with a comfy sofa with pullout bed if needed, cozy seating, smart TV (for streaming), and plenty of natural light from large windows overlooking the river. • Fully equipped kitchen: Stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, basic cookware, utensils, and coffee/tea supplies. • Bathroom: Shower, fresh towels, hair dryer, and toiletries basics (shampoo, conditioner, soap). Washer and dryer. • Additional comforts: High-speed WiFi, heating, mini split A/C + ceiling fans. Outdoor highlights: • Direct access to the Carrabassett River with a small private beach area—great for swimming, tubing, or just dipping your toes in summer; peaceful river sounds year-round. • Screened porch: Relax with morning coffee or evening drinks while listening to the water and watching wildlife. • Above-ground pool. • Fire pit area: Gather around for s’mores, stories, or stargazing (we provide fire wood). Enjoy the small fire pit for charcoal grilling or use the electric grill on the porch for easy cooking. • Ample off-street parking and easy plowed access in winter. Guest access We allow flexible 1-night stays —no minimum required—so it’s ideal for spontaneous trips or last-minute plans. Check-in is easy with keyless entry, and we’re available for any questions to make your stay seamless. Other things to note We are pet friendly and have a one time fee of $25. (Two pets maximum)
