Guest access Guests have access to the whole place, with the exception of the spaces reserved for our maintenance staff, which are locked. Note: the outdoor area (parking space and laundry room) is a common space, shared with another accommodation also for seasonal rental. It is therefore possible that you occasionally meet other people during the day (Maintenance staff/Guests). Apart from this area, the entire accommodation remains completely private and exclusively reserved for your use. -> The accommodation does not have a parking space for a car. Parking is only available for bicycles or scooters. 🫧 Hot tub available by reservation only Access to the hot tub is not included in the rental. Other things to note -> Modular configuration depending on the number of guests (variable rate) The price of the accommodation varies according to the number of guests declared (2, 3 or 4 people). Please enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking.
