Nestled in the unspoiled village of Goudi, just 5 km from Chrysochou Bay and near the Akamas Peninsula, it’s the perfect escape. Surrounded by stunning nature, the famous E4 European Long Distance Trail runs beside the property. With a design theme of Wood and Stone, the villa offers a unique mix of rustic character and contemporary comfort. The space Cyprus Retreat can host up to 15 guests comfortably and includes: 1 ensuite studio: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, kitchenette, WC/shower 1 master bedroom: 1 queen bed, private WC/shower 1 bedroom: 1 queen bed 1 bedroom: 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed Living rooms: 3 sofas that convert into 1 double bed and 2 single beds In total, the villa offers: 4 WCs 3 showers 1 bathtub Outdoor Spaces Spacious patio with wooden deck and stone finishes Swimming pool BBQ area Indoor and outdoor dining areas Comfort & Design The villa is designed for year-round enjoyment with high-quality finishes throughout. Winter: Fireplace and full heating system Summer: Air-conditioning and private swimming pool Design Theme : Wood and Stone. Materials: Warm wood details (ceilings, solid Danish hardwood parquet floors, pergolas, pool deck, fencing) are paired with natural and textured stone (Karysto paving, village stone-textured fencing walls). Windows and doors are made of high-quality German uPVC in a wood-effect finish for both insulation and aesthetics. Guest access Guests have full access to all listed areas. The sub-basement is not included in the listing and is occasionally used by the owner, but always without interfering with guest privacy or use of the facilities. Other things to note • Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick fresh fruit (our own yellow passion fruit, grapes, loquats, citrus) from the trees on the property. • Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Ashtrays are provided. • The swimming pool is cleaned regularly—twice a week in summer, once in winter, by professional staff. • Baby crib available upon request.
