The space Spread across two well-designed floors, this bright and modern home offers four inviting bedrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom complete with its own en suite bathroom—perfect for guests who appreciate extra privacy. This level also includes a convenient half bathroom with a toilet and sink. The spacious living area creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for cosy evenings in or catching up with loved ones. Next door, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, while the adjoining dining area sets the scene for relaxed family dinners. Large glass doors open out to the peaceful private garden—an ideal spot for enjoying fresh air, quiet moments, or al fresco meals surrounded by greenery. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms along with a stylish main bathroom featuring a refreshing bathtub. The second bedroom includes two comfortable single beds, perfect for children or friends. The third bedroom offers a generous king-size bed along with a handy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Refundable Deposit – £150 A £150 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues. Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable) Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items). Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges. For reservations longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help maintain the property’s good condition and ensure standards are consistently upheld throughout the stay. The cost of this mid-stay cleaning is the same as the regular cleaning fee.
