We require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions, which include details such as lockbox location, gate codes, etc. We offer early check-in from 1pm, with a charge of £25 to adjust the cleaning team and have it done ASAP. Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact us ASAP. All extensions are subject to availability. Check-out time is 11am and we do offer late check-out with a charge of £25. It is very important that the key and fob are returned when you checkout. Failure to do so will result in a call-out charge of £100 as they are essential for the running of the apartment & this can delay the next guest and affect their stay.
