The space About the House A small guesthouse by the Maikawa River, with a deck overlooking the historic townscape of Nagahama. Location The house is located where the Omotesando street leading to Daitsu-ji Temple meets the Maikawa River. It is a charming area where you can experience the traditional atmosphere of Nagahama. Living Room & Shared Space The living room features handmade wooden furniture and vintage pieces, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Step out onto the riverside deck to enjoy views of the Maikawa River and the historic townscape. Guest Rooms All guest rooms are traditional tatami rooms. Guests sleep on futons laid out on the tatami floor. About the Traditional House Some walls are fixed sliding doors (fusuma). While rooms are private, sound insulation is limited due to the traditional structure of the house. We appreciate your understanding so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.
