The space Nipaville Haven sits on an old farm lot transformed into a peaceful 2000m² hideaway. Built in 2021, it features three purpose-built guest rooms: two cozy rooms for couples and one spacious barkada room for 4–6 guests with two bunk beds. The property includes a rock garden, a small waterfall with a fish pond, and a thriving vegetable and herb garden. It’s quiet, off the beaten path, yet only minutes from Moalboal’s beaches and activities —perfect for guests who want both tranquility and convenience.
