Welcome to Nipaville Haven, a small eco-garden retreat in Moalboal created for slow living and deep rest. This queen room is ideal for couples or solo travelers who value quiet surroundings, greenery, and a relaxed rhythm. A freshly prepared breakfast is included. Shared areas allow gentle social moments, including karaoke available until 10:00 pm only. After 10 pm, the property returns to full quiet. A non-party space for mindful travelers. We also offer a family room within the same property The space Nipaville Haven sits on an old farm lot transformed into a peaceful 2000m² hideaway. Built in 2021, it features three purpose-built guest rooms: two cozy rooms for couples and one spacious barkada room for 4–6 guests with two bunk beds. The property includes a rock garden, a small waterfall with a fish pond, and a thriving vegetable and herb garden. It’s quiet, off the beaten path, yet only minutes from Moalboal’s beaches and activities —perfect for guests who want both tranquility and convenience. During your stay We have our own house on the property. Whatever you want to know about Moalboal or the surrounding area, just ask and we are happy to help you.
