This unique home has its own personality. It is a small loft cabin with stunning views in a wonderful countryside setting and tranquility 30 minutes from Madrid. The cabin has all kinds of amenities, a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, heating, etc., and an outdoor area with a barbecue and the possibility of access to a swimming pool. Located 6 km from the nearest town and 10 km from the nearest train station The space The cabin is located on a fully fenced estate 10 kms from Colmenar Viejo and 6 from San Agustín del Guadalix. It is an estate of more than 4 hectares where we live and where there is another cabañita that we also rent. All the homes are independent and each of them has its own space, although we share access to the 3 homes and the property does not have interior fences, so it is all passable, which means that we can cross paths. The cabin has a 30-m² loft-style space with plenty of natural light and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, dining table for four, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It has air conditioning and heating. The 20 m² terrace, in addition to having a breathtaking view, has a barbecue, a small chill-out area and a table for 4 diners. In summer, you can enjoy the pool and chill-out areas that are shared with the property. The pool is open for use from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm. Guest access If you're staying in one of our cabins, you can enjoy the area outside the cabins without disturbing or getting too close to the other accommodations. If you come with your pet, it will be welcome, but it is important that you keep it under control so that it does not invade the spaces of the other homes. If your pet does not get along well with others, it is very important that it be under control at all times to avoid altercations with the pets of other guests. We only accept well-behaved, sociable pets with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming, who respect other animals and are always under the control and supervision of their owners. Very important: It is strictly forbidden for pets to swim in the pool or to defecate in the pool area. Please, for hygiene reasons, keep your furry friends under control. Other things to note If you want to have a small celebration with family and/or friends, we can offer you the pool area with a reservation and a supplement per person per day. To get to our cabins, a vehicle is essential, but we can pick you up at the Colmenar Viejo commuter station for a small supplement per person and trip. Access to the cabin is by dirt road that we travel daily with utility vehicles that are not off-road. We recommend that you drink bottled water during your stay. The property's water is from a well, and although we treat it, especially in summer, it may have a strange taste. During the summer, use of the pool will be shared with the property. If there are children among the guests, they will always be under adult supervision in the pool and will never be left alone. The property is not responsible for any damages and/or accidents resulting from a violation of the rules.
