Our house, which consists of four Maisonette Apartments (three of them with sea view) is located in Ireon Bay on beautiful Potokaki beach. Relax on the terraces of your bedroom and your living room with the sound of the the calm waves of the Mediterrean Sea. Walk downstairs and take a free sunbed on the beach or have a coffee or cocktail in our small and cozy beachbar (only open during daytime) The space Our small apartment house consists of four amazing Maisonette Apartments. Three of them have windows and two terraces to the seafront. Each apartment has downstairs a kitchen, equipped with stove, fridge and cook- and dinnerware for 4 guests. Also there is a sif downstairs which we transform into a double bed or two single beds for you on demand, if mor then two guests stay in the apartment or if you wish separated sleeping arrangements. Upstairs there is a large double bed (180 cm) , a terrace with seaview and a private bathroom with toilet shower/bathtub with shower and washing basin. Through our PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM on our roof, we generate our own ELECTRICITY through the power of the SUN and want to help protect the environment with it. Guest access Our guests can use one of our three seafront Maisonette Apartments exclusively if they book this offer. Downstairs you have a large kitchen/living room with an amazing view to the seaside and a large terrace. The sofa in the living room can be transferred into an additional double bed or into two single beds on demand. Upstairs there is your bedroom, which is furnished with a large and comfortable king size double bed. A long clothes rail and a large chest of drawers for your use is in the bedroom. There is also a terrace upstairs and a bathroom with washing basin, toilet and shower/bathtub. Other things to note As our Phil is a very quiet place where you can hear the calm waves from the seaside when sitting on the terrace or when opening your window, we ask our guests - especially in the later evening - not to make parties or loud music.
