In the heart of the vineyard and the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune with all amenities, close to Beaune and the castle, the Grand Echanson welcomes you for your stays with family, friends or even two. Located in an old winegrower's house, this is the perfect place to relax and discover the vineyard. The ancient stones blend with comfort and modernity, welcome! The space - Spacious apartment served on the ground floor by a pleasant enclosed corridor where you can discover our century-old vineyard foot. - 3 bedrooms in all are offered to you. - 1 bedroom accessible on one level on the ground floor, amenable with a large king size bed or 2 single beds according to your wishes. - 2 bedrooms are upstairs, accessible by a comfortable wooden staircase. - One of the two upstairs bedrooms can be furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds. The second bedroom has a king size double bed only. - You will find a bathroom and a toilet on each floor. - For your comfort a living room with dining area adjoining the kitchen and overlooking the village square is offered. A second cozy living room will welcome you for your moments of relaxation. - We have kept the existing kitchen furniture, but all the appliances have been replaced. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook if you want! - Totally independent apartment, you only share the outdoor space with any guests residing in the second apartment. Guest access - You have the entire apartment to yourself, you have private access. - It is located in a large winegrower's house where there is a 2nd totally independent apartment. - A parking space is reserved for you in the enclosed courtyard of the house. - I will welcome you when you arrive and give you the keys. Other things to note - We welcome cyclists with joy! Come with your bikes, we will offer you a space to store them. - You may have to meet me from time to time during your stay, especially for the maintenance of the second apartment in the house. But I know how to be discreet :).
