Located in a great spot in Ipanema, this 3 bedroom penthouse is a dream come true. It has 3 bedrooms, each with own bathroom and TV, a spacious living room & dining area and an open kitchen. The terrace oversees the Christ from one side and the ocean on the other. The recently installed pool with a splended view of the Christ statue, is truly an oasis during the hot summer days of the Marvelous city. The apartment has been carefully designed and the modern yet homey decoration is very welcoming. The space The combination of white and light wooden details conveys calm and warmth. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors surrounding the social areas allow the most beautiful natural light in. Apartment equipped with BOSE speakers. Additionally there is a single bed in the laundry room with a very small private bathroom and AC. This room does not stand in any comparison with the other rooms however it can be used for a child or staff member or else we can place the single bed in one of the main rooms. Please advise prior to arrival on your preference. Thank you. Guest access The guest will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace. The unit is located on the 9th floor. Please note that the building elevator goes up to the 8th floor only; to reach the penthouse, guests will need to climb one additional flight of stairs.
