You will need a car to get to the destination: Rovaniemi/Santa Claus Village about 120 kilometers, Kittilä/Levi 90-100 kilometers, Sodankylä 65 kilometers, Luosto 105 kilometers. There is a shop/café in the village, which also sells fuel. Reindeer farm tourism in Tokkana and snowmobile trips: 35 kilometers, Kinisjärvi. Ask Anu/Milja for more information The space The property is an old house, the rooms have a lot of old furniture and decorations. The rooms at your disposal are large, the bedrooms have 160 cm wide beds. The kitchen has the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a stove. The living room has plenty of room for lounging and there is also another dining table. The fireplace and oven in the rooms are not in use. Please note the small water heater when using water. Although it heats the water all the time, if, for example, 4 people take a shower in a row, the hot water may run out. It is then recommended to wait a few hours for the water to heat up properly. Please note: The property is an old house that has been carefully cleaned, but the house has previously been smoked in. Nowadays, the house has been smoke-free for years and smoking indoors is completely prohibited. The surface materials show traces of use and living, but otherwise the property is clean and functional. Guest access Guests have access to 2 bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, a warm and cold hallway, a toilet, and a shower room. The house has a wood-fired sauna, which is heated (for safety reasons) by either Milja or the neighbor's host, Sauli. The sauna is booked separately and a fee of €20.00/time is charged for its heating, and the heating time is usually at 6-7 pm Some of the rooms and the upper floor are for private use and access to these is blocked.
