The space Tucked along the river's edge, this rustic cabin retreat blends rugged charm with cozy comfort. Inside, you'll find a warm living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom, all designed for relaxed easy living. The loft bedroom offers a peaceful place to unwind, while the front porch steals the show! Perfect for morning coffee with sweeping views of the Caney Fork River flowing below. Guest access While you have full access to the entire cabin and surrounding grounds, please note the cabin is perched on a steep bluff with a terraced yard that drops directly into the river and can cause harm. This unique setting adds to the charm and river views, but guests should use caution when navigating the outdoor areas, especially children. The cabin also offers a 30-amp RV and boat battery charging hookup, available upon special request for an additional cost. Covered parking is available with minimal steps to the rear entrance/back door of the cabin, along with additional parking for vehicles, boats, or RV's. On site is a short walk flanked by English ivy that leads to a small calming sitting area perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature, and meditating. There are areas on the property that are off limits to guests for personal safety and are private property areas. Out of respect of the family homestead where the owner's mother was born, we kindly ask that no trespassing occur beyond designated guest areas.
