Quirky but Charming Bungalow! 750’ from Katy Trail

This quirky, but charming, little bungalow is a perfect place to rest from your day on the trail, or your journey to rural Mid-Missouri. This 110 year old home has been completely remodeled. It has the original wood floors with upgraded amenities. This house is an older and smaller house, with various additions through its 100+ year rural history. The house is small, and therefore limited on furniture size, however you will have no problem kicking up your feet and relaxing! Enjoy the quirks! The space 2 Bedroom. Bedroom #1: Queen bed and a twin bed. There is a crib also for use. Please notify me if that is something that you will need. Bedroom #2: Full bed and twin bed. Living room is cozy (but as a past review told me, "furniture is small"). My family thinks its comfy! There are steps to the house both on the back and front porch. Please be advised. Other things to note There is a standard drip coffee machine. Types of copy vary (dark, medium roast, etc...) Bike storage on site. Shed is in back near alley. There is a key for the shed. Please be advised that the property management and owners are NOT responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to bicycles stored anywhere on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, bikes stored in: Common areas (hallways, stairwells, lobbies) Balconies or patios Designated bike storage areas Any other shared or external spaces You are solely responsible for the security and condition of your bicycle. We strongly recommend: Storing your bike inside your apartment unit whenever possible for maximum security. Using a high-quality lock on your bicycle at all times, regardless of where it is stored. Obtaining personal renter's insurance that covers the theft or damage of your bicycle. By storing your bicycle on the premises, you acknowledge and accept that the property management and owners bear no liability for its security or any resulting loss or damage.
