THE BLUE ROOM Spacious room with super-comfy double bed (orthopaedic mattress), large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and Smart TV. Plus shared (guest use only - up to two other guests) use of fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and sitting room with woodburning stove. Private patio (for guest use) with views of Ben More and Cruach Ardrain, plus a drying-room for your kit and complimentary slippers for whilst your boots dry! Licence Number: ST00905F The space The Blue Room is a spacious, light and airy space. It comes equipped with Smart TV and tea and coffee making facilities. You also have shared use (with up to two other guests) of a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, airfryer, fridge & dishwasher), bathroom with bath and electric shower, and a large sitting room, designed to provide separate areas for guests to chill and eat. There is also a woodburning stove for guest use (no squabbling!) Outside is ample parking plus a private patio for guests, with patio doors from the sitting room. West Highland Way walkers are very welcome. We have luggage storage, if you're using a baggage transfer option, and we have a complimentary drying room for your kit and slippers for your stay :) My living space is accessed via the sitting room so I will be passing through as I leave and enter the house. This is always at sociable hours and at pre-agreed times (so you can chill out in front of the woodburner without fear of being disturbed!) NB: It's possible to let the entire downstairs as a single apartment (with shared host access as described above). The rest of the downstairs space is shared with up to two other guests. My private living space is accessed via the sitting room so I will pass through as I leave and enter the house, this is always at sociable hours and at pre-arranged times so you can relax and enjoy your stay without fear of being disturbed :) Other things to note I have two dogs, Bert and Tilly, they are super-friendly. They have their own space and you won't need to interact with them during your stay (unless you want to!) However, due to the shared access, they will pass through the sitting room with me as we leave and enter the house for their daily walks. The Blue Room is on the road side of the house, meaning their is some traffic noise.
