Located in a prime area or Panama City Beach, at a short walk from the new and exciting Pier Park, the Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most exclusive resort on the Emerald Coast and more amenities than most of the resorts in Panama City Beach. Our condo has the master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. The 3rd separate room has twin bunk beds and its own bathroom. The living room has an additional queen size sleeping sofa. For a glimpse to our condo, check the Video in the photo show (comes after the first couple of pictures) There are Smart HDTVs in the living room and both bedrooms all with own DVD player. We also provide a collection of DVDs and books for our guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests. The view of the sugar white beaches and emerald green water from our terrace on the 18th floor is breathtaking when watching sunsets in the comfort of the patio furniture. We have FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE included - you will receive two lounges & umbrella for each day of your stay! There are a lot of amenities on-site! Two large lagoon pools (4,200 sq.ft) with lounges and showers, heated Indoor pool, steam & sauna, roman spa, gulf-front 4,300 sq. ft fitness center, coffee bar by the pool and restaurant. Also, on-site is a movie theater and a conference room. The parking garage with a covered walkway to the resort provides comfort and security. The location is excellent. Only a few minutes away from Pier Park. There you can find shopping, a mega theater and many restaurants, You can just sit at the one of the sidewalk cafés or simply take a stroll on the alleys of the adjacent park. The Tidewater HOA charges a registration fee in the amount of $ 48.-/reservation which covers two parking passes and wireless wristbands for use of the amenities for everyone in your group. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES: 1. WE CANNOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD PER OUR HOA - NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. Tidewater HOA Rules - NO PETS! 3. The entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.
