The dormouse house in Slovenia

Polhova hiša (RNO number: 113477) is a 230-year-old house that has been carefully and thoughtfully renovated. We've preserved its antique charm and added modern comforts to make your stay even more enjoyable. The house is located in a quiet village, from where you can embark on many hiking trails. It offers a beautiful view of Lake Cerknica, one of the largest wetlands in Slovenia, famous for its exceptional diversity of plants and animals. The space To the house, we added electricity (so there are both electric lights and an electric heating panel), an internet connection, and a bathroom with a shower. Apart from these, we like to keep the house as much as possible in its original state. It is also protected as a historic building. Guest access You will use the whole house on your own. Parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note The house has an original wood stove which can make a very pleasant atmosphere. However, it is a bit tricky to operate it safely, so in colder periods the manager of the house will operate with the stove (that would mean that we come to the house 2-3 times per day).
