For a good start to the day, you can prepare various coffee specialties at the coffee bar between the kitchen and the living room. The space You will live here in a 100 m² modern ground floor apartment, which was completely renovated and redesigned in 2025. It is accessible without steps and has its own apartment entrance. From the furnished terrace you have a beautiful view of the countryside during the warmer months. Our farm is in the neighborhood. It is home to 60 cows. Deer, rabbits and squirrels also occasionally stop by. • How many people is the apartment suitable for? There is room for four people in the apartment. If required, a children's travel cot (suitable for up to 15 kg body weight) can also be provided. If you want to go on vacation with the extended family, we can also offer you an apartment on the upper floor for three people. • Where can you park and charge your car and bikes? A car parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. There you can also charge your electric car at the wallbox. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed and recharged if necessary. • What is the internet reception like? The house has a fiber optic connection and therefore a very good reception. • How comfortable is the apartment? Exterior roller shutters, triple glazing, sun and partial insect protection roller blinds ensure a pleasant indoor climate in the apartment. This makes it pleasant even on warmer days. In the colder season, the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in the living room, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. There are radiators in the bedrooms. • How is the living and dining area equipped? A 55" smart TV and a large cozy sofa await you in a stylish ambience. In the dining area there are, among other things, four high-quality and comfortably upholstered chairs. A children's high chair can also be provided on request. Books and games are also available. • How is the kitchen area equipped? The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for a shared breakfast, lunch and dinner with your loved ones. Oven at eye level, stove, microwave and dishwasher are at your disposal. Also a hand mixer, toaster, dish towels and dishwashing liquid. For coffee lovers, there is a separate coffee bar with a filter coffee machine, electric coffee grinder, milk frother, as well as a French press. In addition, the Tassimo capsule machine prepares delicious coffee specialties quickly. • How many bedrooms are there? There are two bedrooms, a larger one and a smaller one. In the larger bedroom there is a high-quality box spring bed with a large topper (180 x 200 cm), various pillows, wardrobes with hangers, a smart TV and sockets on the bedside table. There is also a desk with a LAN socket. The room can therefore also be used for a home office. In the smaller bedroom there are two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and room for a child's travel cot. For the children's travel cot, however, you would have to bring your own duvet, pillows and bed linen. On request, the single beds can be pushed together. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened by external shutters, like almost all rooms. The beds are made upon arrival – everything for a restful, relaxing sleep. • Is there a washing machine? A washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack as well as an iron and ironing board are also available. • What is there to see in the area? Since you live here on the outskirts, you are right in nature. Ideal for hiking and cycling through fields, forests, meadows and moors. If you want to experience more, Bremerhaven and the surrounding area with its many attractions and events in summer and winter are not far away. The city can be easily reached by car, train or sometimes bus in a short time. The North Sea beaches with the Wadden Sea, up to Cuxhaven, are only about 45 to 60 minutes away.
