We are located in Meranti Hillpark, Puncak Alam. It is a guarded and gated 2-storey house, directly facing a playground with ample parking space. You will find all 4 bedrooms and the living room fully equipped with air conditioning. Nearby attractions: UiTM Puncak Alam - 6km Hospital UiTM Puncak Alam - 4.8km Eco Grandeur - 3km Elmina Lakeside Mall - 10km Setia City Mall - 14km Mamak restaurants, clinic, mini market, and self-help laundry are within walking distance. The space The house is spacious, so you can bring your own mattresses, toto, pillow and blankets if you want to accommodate more guests. We do not provide extra of any of these. Second and third room will have a shared bathroom. Only the bathroom of the master bedroom has a water heater. Early check-in at 12pm OR late check-out at 3pm are possible with an additional fee (subject to availability - please message and ask first). Guest access Entire house. Other things to note NO alcohols, events, parties, and pets are allowed. No cooking (no stove / rice cooker)
