Top-notch eateries, entertainment, sports bars, shopping, medical facilities/hospitals within minutes. Close, easy freeway access to I-30. Dallas is approximately 23 miles. The space Centrally located, quiet neighborhood, single-story home located in beautiful Rockwall five minutes of The Harbor and Lake Ray Hubbard. The clubhouse serves delicious food as you enjoy beautiful sunsets on the their beautiful outside patio. My home is newly furnished, has a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook to enjoy your morning coffee. Also a stocked coffee bar! Large master bedroom has a king size bed with smart TV, ceiling fan, large bathroom with double sinks with plenty of counter space, relaxing Jacuzzi bathtub with jets, walk-in closet; Second bedroom has a full-size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan; Third bedroom has bunk beds, with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom able to support 400 pounds, smart TV, closet. Large living room-dining room concept with gas fireplace, plenty of room to relax, play games, with a view to the backyard with covered patio and seating. Bar counter with extra seats overlooking kitchen. Dining room table with extra bench seating. Backyard is large with table and chairs, and fully fenced ready for families with children and pets. Guest access There are three places to park. Two spaces in the driveway and one space in front of the home. Other things to note I’m excited to share my home with you, your children and pets.
