The accommodation "City Suites Graz" is characterized above all by its ideal location. Just minutes from Graz Central Station and downtown, the tastefully furnished apartment invites you to relax. The Kunsthaus Graz is not even 2 km away! The Orpheum, Helmut-List-Halle, ppc and Stadthalle Graz are within walking distance. Public transportation is within a minute's walk. The property offers an underground parking space. The space All rooms are furnished with great care. The apartment has two units. If two people book the place, the master bedroom will be prepared, from three people the second unit in the apartment will be opened. Of course, if two people want to use both areas, that's no problem; there is an extra charge. Since we are in a conventional residential area, noise is not to be expected. If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact the hosts. Guest access There is a communal garden delimited by doors and staircases, which can be used and is therefore ideal for young children. All areas that are openly accessible can be used. There is also the possibility to wash your laundry with us. Other things to note There is the "Blue Zone" around the house. Parking is available here from Mon.-Fri. from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm for a fee! The overnight stay tax must be paid in cash by check-out at the latest (€2.50 per person per night) This levy goes directly to the city of Graz.
